PAIR of French baroque Louis XIV armchairs.
One genuinely C1700 and the other an antique copy made before 1850. Mortise and tenon and pegged construction. Beech and walnut. Some repairs to the later copy.
Rich patina, and now upholstered in a sympathetic Bracade.
Comfortable and Huge: 120 cm tall and 65 cm wide.
